About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic and hands on Content Producer & Social Media Executive to join ThePropertist, India's leading PropTech platform for real estate developers, brokers, and channel partners. This role sits at the intersection of on-ground production and digital content strategy. You'll own the execution of shoots, podcasts, brand campaigns, and social media
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute content production for events, podcasts, brand shoots, interviews, and promotional campaigns from brief to final delivery
- Lead and coordinate on-ground shoots end-to-end including production timelines, crew coordination, shoot flow, talent management, and content execution
- Oversee podcast production including shoot planning, scripting support, guest coordination, on-day execution, and post-production follow-ups
- Create, curate, and manage all published content across company pages images, videos, reels, podcasts, and written content
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content and campaign assets across platforms
- Design, create, and manage promotions and paid social media ad campaigns
- Monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns and prepare performance reports on key metrics for both the company and clients
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a professional and engaging manner, building brand awareness and community across platforms
- Manage efforts toward building online reviews, reputation, and audience engagement for the company and clients
- Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers, photographers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and shoots
- Write original content for blogs, website articles, captions, scripts, and marketing collaterals for the company and clients
- Assist the strategy team in preparing marketing strategy presentations, campaign concepts, and content plans
- Provide monthly performance reports and activity updates across all digital and social platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, podcast developments, and industry news to bring fresh and innovative ideas to productions and campaigns
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in content production, social media management, or a similar hybrid role
- Hands-on experience managing shoots, coordinating crews, and executing productions independently
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) and scheduling/analytics tools
