About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily online orders and dispatch operations.

1. Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure smooth order processing.

1. Update product listings, inventory, and pricing across platforms.

1. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries.

1. Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.

1. Generate reports and maintain operational records.

1. Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for order deliveries.

1. Prepare and maintain invoices, waybills, ASNs, and other order-related documentation.
