About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily online orders and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team.
- Update product listings, inventory, and pricing on platforms.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer queries.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Generate reports and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with courier partners and vendors.
- Maintain Records, prepare invoices, waybills, ASN, etc., linked to orders.
Skill(s) required
Advanced Excel English Proficiency (Written)

- Graduate with a strong academic record and good CGPA.
- Prior work experience is preferred.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,34,000 - 3,50,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
