About the internship

This is a work-from-office internship based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Apply only if you can commute on a daily basis and are available to join immediately. Candidates looking for remote/hybrid opportunities should not apply.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conceptualizing high-impact scripts, scroll-stopping hooks, and sharp captions designed to drive virality and audience growth.

1. Staying ahead of trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats across Instagram and YouTube to create content that doesn't just follow trends but sets them.

1. Executing end-to-end content creation, from shooting to editing, with a strong focus on building high-performing, shareable short-form videos.

1. Collaborating with design and strategy teams to craft content that is not only creative, but culturally relevant and conversation-driving.

1. Leading content creation with ownership, building a recognizable content style, growing a loyal audience, and positioning yourself as a key face behind a fast-growing brand.

1. Working on creator-led collaborations and partnerships, gaining exposure to influencer ecosystems and brand-building at scale.
