Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Creating engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content for Zibaa's fashion collections.
Appearing in videos, styling outfits, recording voice-overs, and participating in content shoots.
Assisting in planning, scripting, and executing daily content calendars across Instagram and other social platforms.
Shooting product videos, behind-the-scenes content, trend-based reels, and founder-led content.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives and user-generated content (UGC).
Staying updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities in the fashion industry.
Assisting with basic editing using tools such as CapCut, Instagram Reels, or similar video editing software.
Supporting photoshoots, product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
Helping manage content assets and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across platforms.
Contributing creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, and conversions through social media content.
Note: This is a hands-on content creation role. Candidates who enjoy being on camera, have an interest in fashion, and are passionate about social media will thrive in this position.

Other requirements
Female candidates who are comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating video content are preferred.
Candidates pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Design, or related fields will be preferred.
Strong interest in fashion, ethnic wear, social media, and content creation.
Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
Candidates who actively create content on their personal Instagram accounts will be given preference.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Candidates based in Lucknow or willing to work from the office are preferred.
Prior experience in content creation, video editing, influencer marketing, or social media management is a bonus but not mandatory.
A passion for storytelling, fashion styling, and building brands through content will be highly valued.
