This is a hands-on content creation and social media execution role not an influencer outreach role. You will own Nippetals' organic social presence day to day: planning, creating, shooting, designing, and publishing content yourself, and managing a small bench of UGC creators whose content feeds our organic pages and paid ads. If you love being behind the camera and the editing app making Reels, designing statics, writing hooks this role is for you. If your primary interest is influencer outreach and brand collaborations, this is not the right fit.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Own daily management of Nippetals' social media handles (Instagram primary; YouTube Shorts secondary): posting, scheduling, story updates, comment/DM monitoring, and community engagement.
Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar; spot trends, audio, and formats early and turn them around into branded posts within 24-48 hours.
Create organic content end to end: ideate, script, shoot (self-shot phone content is expected), and design statics/carousels in Canva.
Write hooks, captions, and on-screen text optimized for saves, shares, and watch time in simple, relatable English/Hinglish for the Indian woman shopper.
Manage UGC creators: scout and shortlist creators, brief them with scripts and shot lists, review submissions against brand guidelines, give revision feedback, and approve final content.
Work with the internal team to repurpose approved UGC into ad cuts (hook variations, 15s/30s edits) for Meta and Amazon.
Run ongoing competitive analysis: track competitor brands' content, launches, offers, and creator activity on Instagram and marketplaces; monitor industry trends in intimate wear, fashion, and beauty; and share a short insights summary every week.
Track post-level performance weekly (reach, saves, shares, follower growth, profile visits) and use the data to decide what to make more of and what to kill.

Other requirements
Content creation: You can independently shoot clean phone footage (lighting, framing, steady shots) for Reels and stories. You will be asked to share 3–5 pieces of content you have personally made.
Design: Working proficiency in Canva (statics, carousels, story templates). Figma or Photoshop is a bonus, not required.
Platform fluency: You understand Instagram natively — Reels vs. carousels vs. stories, trial reels, collab posts, trending audio, and why saves and shares matter more than likes.
Copywriting: Able to write scroll-stopping hooks and captions without heavy supervision.
Organization: Able to run a content calendar and manage 5–10 UGC creators in parallel without dropping deadlines.
Data-driven mindset: Comfortable reading Instagram Insights and reporting weekly numbers honestly, including what did not work.
Research: Able to run structured competitor and trend research and turn it into actionable content or positioning ideas, not just screenshots.
Comfort with the category: Nippetals sells intimate wear solutions (adhesive bras, nipple covers, body tape). You must be comfortable creating tasteful, confident content in this category for women aged 18–40.
Own a smartphone capable of shooting quality video, with reliable internet.
Have a portfolio: Instagram page, Reels, designs, or any content you have personally created (mandatory — applications without work samples will not be considered).
