About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand industry and learner requirements and develop courses that meet high learning standards.

1. Plan and execute student competency assessments and engagement activities in collaboration with the Program Manager.

1. Conduct in-depth research to evaluate program-market fit for different working professional audiences.

1. Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience.

1. Design and develop instructional content, including videos, written content, assessments, and discussion materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

1. Develop instructional aids and learning resources to enhance program understanding and learner experience.

1. Define subject matter expert profiles and support the development of a network of course faculty and experts.

1. Establish and structure content development processes and work on educational content across multiple learning levels.
