Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.

1. Conduct customer consultations through phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.

1. Understand customer requirements, design preferences, measurements, timelines, and customization needs.

1. Prepare detailed order briefs and coordinate requirements with the design and production teams.

1. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders through effective consultation and product knowledge.
