Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Go through the existing non-exclusive film content available with the company and segregate it into categories as provided by the team. 2. Maintain and update Excel/Google sheets with film details, producer details, rights status, agreement expiry dates, follow-up status, and other required information. 3. Track films whose agreements are nearing expiry and coordinate with producers/rights holders for renewal and closure. 4. Make follow-up calls to producers/content owners regarding agreement renewals, pending documents, and content-related updates. 5. Review new film submissions received from producers/content owners and share basic feedback with the internal team. 6. Coordinate approval communication with producers through the company’s official email ID after internal confirmation. 7. Keep all film data properly arranged, updated, and easy to track for the acquisition team. 8. Support the team in organising content lists, categorising films, and maintaining acquisition records.
