Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or share resumes directly to neetu.b@edmeinsurance.com The OpportunityYou will spend a significant amount of time meeting HR leaders, Rewards professionals, HRBP teams, CFOs, and business leaders to understand their challenges and help them think differently about employee benefits and wellbeing.For the right individual, this role offers an accelerated learning curve, strong visibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding consulting practice in risk advisory.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities across Employee Benefits, Wellbeing, and Consulting solutions. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, market outreach, industry events, and relationship building. Develop strategic relationships within the HR and Rewards community. Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. Stay informed on emerging trends within employee benefits, wellbeing, and employee experience. Represent EDME at HR forums, conferences, and networking events. Contribute to EDME's thought leadership initiatives. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. Are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Have the drive to build something meaningful and grow with the organization.
