Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing government policies, schemes, and programs related to social justice, welfare, and senior citizen development.
Analyze policy effectiveness, identify implementation gaps, and recommend improvements to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
Research and evaluate the impact of current policies and welfare schemes on senior citizens and other target beneficiaries.
Develop evidence-based policy recommendations and strategic proposals to support policy reform and program enhancement.
Prepare policy briefs, concept notes, reports, presentations, and submissions for government stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE), and relevant government officials on policy initiatives.
Engage with the Vayah Vikas leadership and core team to gather insights, feedback, and recommendations on policy effectiveness and implementation challenges.
Organize stakeholder consultations, discussions, and review meetings to collect data and perspectives from senior citizen communities and relevant partners.
Monitor developments in social justice, welfare, aging, and public policy sectors to ensure recommendations remain relevant and impactful.
Present research findings, policy analysis, and progress updates to leadership, stakeholders, and government representatives.
Support policy advocacy efforts by contributing to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and government relations activities.
Participate in weekly review meetings, track project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational and ministry objectives.

Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience working with government agencies, think tanks, advocacy organizations, research institutions, or non-profits is preferred.

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Excellent policy research, report writing, and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
