Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to business professionals across Europe to promote our events
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
- Generating your own leads and identifying new sales opportunities with energy and creativity
- Presenting delegate packages persuasively and closing deals with confidence
- Smashing monthly and quarterly sales targets and celebrating when you do
- Keeping your pipeline clean and sharing regular performance updates with the management team

Other requirements
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate with clients across the UK and Europe.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
