About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify pre-disbursement documents as per CAM (Credit Approval Memorandum), including company/borrower details such as assets, liabilities, financial statements, and KYC.

1. Verify post-disbursement documents such as end-use certificates, DP calculations, stock statements, insurance, securities, and charges.

1. Track and follow up on missing or incomplete documents from borrowers during the loan disbursement process.

1. Validate data and ensure accuracy of all entries in the system/software.

1. Prepare detailed audit findings for each loan case and share reports with relevant stakeholders, including credit managers, tracking managers, and RMs, daily.

1. Discuss and clarify audit findings with auditees and obtain necessary responses or corrections.

1. Consolidate and incorporate audit findings into quarterly audit reports.
