We are seeking a Full Stack / UX Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of features on our next-generation internal CI/CD platform. In this role, you will design and build intuitive developer experiences and services, operating with high autonomy. You will be self-directed, tackle unstructured problems, apply sound design patterns, and lead the integration of AI into feature architecture. You will also contribute beyond your primary workstream, improving shared tooling, collaborating across teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

What you'll Do:
Build the Next-Gen Platform Experience: Design and develop the developer-facing web experience for our CI/CD platform, delivering fast, intuitive, and accessible interfaces that improve developer productivity.
Build and maintain Java or GoLang-based microservices and REST APIs that power the platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance at Adobe scale.
Design and Architecture: Apply design patterns confidently and make sound design decisions that factor in business priorities. Produce robust API designs. Contribute to architecture discussions and enforce coding standards through code reviews.
User Enablement: Partner with internal development teams across Adobe to ensure applications are cloud-native and scalable. Guide users on best practices for using the CI/CD platform.
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades and addressing security vulnerabilities.

Supervise the health of the platform and applications using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Handle tasks and projects with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Operational Excellence: Identify recurring issues in the support queue and propose permanent fixes or automation.
Incident Management: Respond to and drive resolution of high-priority production issues to minimize downtime and impact on development velocity.
Participate in on-call rotation to resolve and get to the bottom of root cause as part of Incident & Problem management.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in container orchestration and cloud-native development.
What you need to succeed:
B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
6 – 10 years of software development experience.
Strong frontend development skills in ReactJS with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Development skills in Java or GoLang and REST API design experience preferred.
Familiarity with GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions is a strong plus.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Debugging Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to trace issues across distributed systems and containerized microservices.
Design skills: Comfortable applying design patterns, making design decisions, and producing robust API designs.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with and assist internal engineering customers.
Mentorship and Growth: Actively engage with the team through code reviews and design discussions. Share knowledge inside and outside the team through demos, KTs, and documentation.
