About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Respond to customer inquiries on multiple platforms via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Understand products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or support system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
- Meet defined service standards and KPIs, such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality scores.
- Identify and report common customer concerns or trends to help improve products and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information securely.
- Handle requests and account-related updates.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product or service usage.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support.
- Assist with regular queries.
