Job SummaryThe Community Executive is responsible for ideating and executing engaging events, curatingmember benefits, and fostering a sense of community to enhance client satisfaction andloyalty. This entry-level role contributes to the companys growth by organising high-qualityevents, collaborating with vendors and partners, and delivering exceptional service tomembers. The roles objectives include building a robust event calendar, increasing memberengagement, and boosting client retentiondirectly supporting the companys revenue goalsthrough a strong community ethos. ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & Event Management Brainstorm, propose, and organize creative events (e.g., networking sessions, wellnessworkshops, CSR initiatives) to drive member engagement. Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor partnerships, venue bookings,and promotions. Gather post-event feedback to measure success and improve future initiatives.Member Engagement & Satisfaction Proactively interact with members to understand their needs and tailor communityactivities accordingly. Promote exclusive member benefits and well-being programs to enhance loyalty. Address member inquiries or concerns related to community offerings with a serviceorientedapproach. Collaboration & Outreach Identify and onboard vendors, sponsors, and local partners to elevate event quality andvalue. Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to amplify communityinitiatives. Administration & Reporting Maintain records of event attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics. Assist in tracking community-related KPIs (e.g., satisfaction scores, retention rates) andprepare reports for leadership. Create content that can be shared on the companys social media channels. Experience 2-4 years, preferrably with a MBA Degree
