Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Develop a structured outreach strategy prioritising channels, crafting messaging, and setting weekly goals

1. Research and identify relevant online and offline communities, fan clubs, and college organisations to target for outreach

1. Execute outreach independently initiate conversations, build relationships, and follow up with community leads

1. Track all outreach activity, measure results, and present weekly growth reports with insights and next steps

1. Continuously refine the strategy based on what's working suggest new channels, formats, and partnership ideas
