Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with teachers to ensure smooth class execution and classroom operations.

1. Observe classes and provide structured feedback to teachers based on Openhouse guidelines.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled and prospective parents.

1. Drive revenue growth within the assigned apartment community.

1. Drive enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits, schedules, and pricing.

1. Support batch planning and maximize program capacity utilization.

1. 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply.

1. A background in education, early childhood development, or a related field is preferred.

1. Good understanding of working with children and classroom environments.

1. Comfortable interacting with parents and handling conversations independently.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

1. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, on-ground role and manage changing priorities effectively.

1. Willingness to work closely with communities, families, and educators to deliver a high-quality learning experience.
