We operate at the intersection of deep engineering domain knowledge and applied AI and our buyers are senior leaders at India and the US's largest EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and industrial companies.We have a 15,000-member LinkedIn community of EPC professionals, a founder with strong personal brand equity, and the ambition to become the most trusted content destination for the infrastructure and estimation industry. We need someone to turn that ambition into pipeline. THE ROLE This is not a social media management role. This is a revenue-supporting function. You will own ContraVault's LinkedIn community, events, and inbound experimentation with one governing principle: everything you build should eventually convert into demo requests, trial signups, or warm pipeline.The question you should always be asking is: how does this conversation, post, or event eventually become a sales conversation? If you can't answer that, the work doesn't ship. WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- ContraVault's LinkedIn community (15K+ members) content calendar, engagement strategy, member quality, group health, and direct-response conversion from community activity to demo pipeline
- Organising events (offline and online) with CXOs and leaders of large organisations. One has to own the entire piece of setting up and attending to organise these events end to end
- Inbound content experiments LinkedIn carousels, polls, long-form posts, newsletters, short video, webinar co-hosting. Run experiments, kill what doesn't work, double what does
- Lead magnet and gated content strategy whitepapers, benchmarks, templates that attract EPC buyers and convert to email capture
- India and US content understand the difference between how an Indian EPC estimator and a US specialty contractor think, speak, and engage. Build content for both
- SEO and organic amplification work with the growth marketer to ensure content compounds over time, not just spikes on posting day
- Community-to-pipeline reporting own a dashboard that shows how community engagement translates into demo requests, trial signups, and influenced pipeline
WHAT YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE
- Show us something you built a community, newsletter, content series, or LinkedIn presence with real engagement data. Follower count is the least interesting number; engagement rate and conversion are what matter
