Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Own community growth across Reddit, Discord, and Instagram with a clear target: 5,000 waitlist signups before and around launch for Bangalore

1. Run daily DM outreach and conversations on Instagram to drive waitlist signups.

1. Build and moderate our Discord and subreddit (r/1001ThingsToDo), keeping the community active and warm.

1. Find and engage relevant Bangalore communities on Reddit, WhatsApp, and Facebook without coming across as spammy. Value first, promo later.

1. Create lightweight, shareable content (posts, stories, polls, quizzes) that fits our voice: opinionated, warm, insider.

1. Track signups, referrals, and engagement, and report what is working each week.
