About the work from home job/internship
As we scale internationally, we need dedicated bandwidth to engage with users, understand their experience, identify retention drivers, and collect actionable feedback that can be shared with product, growth, and operations teams. The primary objective of this role will be to improve user retention through direct user conversations and structured feedback collection.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Conduct user outreach and retention activities
- Engage with active and churned users to understand behavior and pain points
- Gather qualitative insights through calls and conversations
- Identify recurring user issues, feature requests, and growth opportunities
- Create structured reports and recommendations for product and growth teams
- Support experiments aimed at improving engagement and retention
Role details:
- Shift: Night shift (US timezone)
- Location: Work from home
- Duration: 3-6 months
