The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of the D Globalist ecosystem.You will engage closely with founders and leadership teams from some of the fastest-growing companies, helping strengthen relationships, identify collaboration opportunities, and ensure that every founder remains meaningfully connected with the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships across the D Globalist ecosystem.
• Identify founder milestones, expansion journeys, and success stories.
• Coordinate founder interviews and ecosystem initiatives.
• Support community engagement campaigns and networking programmes.
• Maintain founder databases and ecosystem records.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve founder experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in community management, founder relations, partnerships, or customer success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• High ownership and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with start-ups or entrepreneurial communities is preferred.
