Job Title: Senior communication ExecutiveExperience: 2-7 yearsLocation: Hyderabad (On-site)Key Responsibilities: Internal CommunicationsCreate and publish content for newsletters, intranet, emails, posters, and internal campaigns.Support communication around HR, CSR, leadership messages, and company initiatives.Coordinate with departments to gather stories, updates, and employee achievements.Maintain consistency with Sobhas tone, values, and brand guidelines. Social Media ManagementSupport day-to-day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Create content copies, captions, and short-form content in coordination with the design team/agencies.Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries. Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports. Content & CoordinationMaintain an organised content repository.Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.Support campaign execution and special projects as assigned. Requirements:A degree in communications, media, PR, or a related field.2+ years of work experience in either agency or in-house.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Notion and Hootsuite are a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Interest in event management, employer branding and internal comms.
