Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will work on-site full time in Gurugram, advising clients on commercial property acquisitions, sales, and leasing opportunities. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, analyzing property values and returns, and preparing clear proposals and presentations for clients. The specialist will coordinate property site visits, negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and developers, and support clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including documentation in collaboration with legal and finance partners. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an updated pipeline in CRM tools, building strong relationships with corporate and investor clients, and staying current with local market trends, regulations, and new commercial developments. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences that align with Yhataw Realtys standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate with experience in sales, investments in office, retail, & in mixed-use projects.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and basic deal structuring.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse client profiles.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-first mindset, relationship-building ability, and a consultative approach.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital communication platforms.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram and Delhi-NCR commercial property market is highly preferred.
