Role Description The Commerce Faculty Intermediate role at Invicta Abroad Studies is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The faculty member will teach commerce subjects to intermediate-level students, including planning and delivering structured lessons aligned with the curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, explaining core concepts in areas such as accounting, business studies, and economics, and using assessments, quizzes, and assignments to track student progress. The role involves providing academic guidance, clarifying doubts in and outside the classroom, and offering feedback to help students improve performance. The faculty member will also maintain classroom discipline, participate in staff meetings, coordinate with academic counselors, and support exam preparation and academic planning for learners.Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in core commerce areas such as accounting, business studies, economics, and related intermediate-level topics.
- Candidates should possess effective teaching, lesson-planning, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in student assessment, including designing tests, evaluating performance fairly, and providing constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with families when required.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with educational tools and technology, including presentation software, learning platforms, and digital resources for instruction.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or a related field from a recognized institution is required; formal teacher training or certification is an added advantage.
- Prior experience teaching commerce at the intermediate or equivalent level is preferred, especially in coaching or academic institutions.
- Candidates should demonstrate a learner-focused mindset, punctuality, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
