Collibra Data Governance and Data Quality Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in Collibra Data Governance and Data Quality to support enterprise-wide governance initiatives. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing data governance and data quality frameworks to ensure trusted, compliant, and high-quality data across the organization.

Implement and manage Data Governance frameworks using Collibra Configure and maintain Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Metadata, Lineage, and Stewardship workflows Design and implement Data Quality rules, metrics, scorecards, and dashboards using Collibra Data Quality Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data quality standards and KPIs Monitor data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation Enable data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across domains Support integration of Collibra with data platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses, and BI tools Ensure adherence to data governance policies, regulatory, and compliance requirements Participate in audits, impact analysis, and governance reviews Mentor junior team members and contribute to governance best practices and documentation

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Two or three industry domain knowledge
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Client Interfacing skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Project and Team management
