Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups and overdue account recovery.

1. Educate customers about their outstanding dues and available repayment options.

1. Negotiate payment commitments and ensure timely collections.

1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.

1. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.

1. Follow collection processes, compliance guidelines, and company policies.

1. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to repayments.

1. Good communication and negotiation skills.

1. Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.

1. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

1. Knowledge of loan recovery and collections processes is an added advantage.
