Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Communicate service offerings effectively and handle objections professionally.
- Record call activities, outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM or lead management systems.
- Maintain and update prospect databases to ensure accurate lead information.
- Identify and flag disqualified leads while escalating qualified prospects to the appropriate team.
