Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's SaaS products and services
- Explain product features, benefits, and basic offerings clearly to potential customers
- Understand prospect requirements and share relevant product information accordingly
- Maintain professional and effective communication during client interactions
- Update call status, follow-up details, and conversation notes in CRM or company applications
- Record accurate comments and feedback received from prospects after each call
- Ensure daily call activity and data updates are completed on time
- Follow assigned calling scripts, processes, and communication guidelines
- Coordinate with the sales team for interested or qualified prospects when required
- Maintain proper database hygiene by updating contact information and call outcomes regularly
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets assigned by management
- Build positive first-level interactions with prospects through consistent communication
