Job Title: Cold Caller / Lead Generation ExecutiveWork Mode: Remote (Work From Home)Work Timings: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST | Monday to FridayMinimum Experience: 6 Months (International Calling Canada / USA / Australia)Compensation: 35K-40K Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Data MiningResearch and identify potential clients and leads across Canada, USA, and Australia using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other tools.Build and maintain a targeted prospect database segmented by industry, geography, and company size.Verify contact accuracy before initiating outreach.
- Cold Calling & Outbound OutreachMake high-volume outbound cold calls during assigned shift hours (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST).Deliver a compelling, conversational pitch aligned with the company's value proposition.Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive, energetic tone on every call.Follow up via email or call to nurture interested prospects.
- Appointment SettingSchedule qualified meetings and demos between prospects and the internal sales/closing team.Coordinate calendars and send detailed invites to all parties.Brief the sales team on prospect background, pain points, and interest level.
- Lead Qualification & ReportingQualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or equivalent criteria.Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status, and pipeline data in the CRM.Submit daily and weekly activity reports.Meet and strive to exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound cold calling or tele-sales.
- Hands-on experience calling into Canada, USA, and/or Australia candidates without this will NOT be considered.
- High conversational skills you must be able to build instant rapport, hold attention, and think on your feet.
- Excellent English communication clear, confident, and suitable for international audiences.
- Availability to work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (aligned to North American/Australian business hours).
- Comfortable working fully remote with self-discipline and accountability.
- Experience with data mining tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent).
- Target-driven mindset you measure your own success by results, not activity.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in IT/Software, Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, or B2B Services.
