Collaborate with Cluster Head and HODs to understand the business priorities, overall strategy and plan for the HR function to detail out the annual charter for sites with the aim of supporting business goals.
Participate in defining the HR function road map and operational plans for the BU and Cluster.
Support formulation and lead execution of strategic initiatives for the HR & IR function at Cluster in accordance with the prescribed Group guidelines.
Prepare the budget for the Cluster and ensure adherence to the prescribed Group/BU level guidelines; Take corrective action for any budget deviations and escalate any issues if necessary.
Drive adherence to the defined HR & IR Policies and frameworks at the Cluster level; propose periodic changes to HR processes/ interventions in the line with the changing dynamics at the Cluster level
Organization Design:
Participate in organization structure design for the Cluster and make recommendations to BU HR Head for updating it as per changing requirements of the Cluster, Support documentation of job descriptions for these roles at a Cluster level.
Contribute to Strategic Workforce planning process and document long term requirements for the Cluster basis the Cluster objectives and labour market dynamics.
Execute Job evaluation exercise Cluster level; Implement & integrate Band & grade structure with various talent process and ensure compliance
Organizational Sustainability:
Communicate Adani core values, vision and mission to the Cluster and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct; Work towards building a robust leadership pipeline for Cluster future readiness Organizational Sustainability Employer Branding Talent Acquisition Integrated Talent Management.

Drive adherence to HR & IR governance frameworks established at the Group/BU level; Participate in governance committees to discuss and resolve issues at Cluster.
Co-ordinate for Cluster performance reviews and collaborate with the concerned stakeholders to develop effective action plans basis the audit and review findings
Talent Acquisition:
Understand Cluster requirements and work with Business HR Head to finalize and detail out annual manpower requirements for Cluster.
Ensure alignment of strategic workforce plans to the short-term business resource needs; Provide insights in devising sourcing plan and determining recruitment channels for the Cluster.
Education & Qualification

MBA, MSW, PG in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management / Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or Higher degree in relevant field from prestigious institute. • Engineering graduate would be preferred. Experiences:
Experience
Minimum 18 years of work experience with 3 years in a similar role - leading a sub-vertical within the HR function or leading the HR function for at least two medium/small sized Organization with preferably the same industry as Adani (Mining, Ports, Power, Thermal etc)
HR Leadership experience managing a direct team of 3-5 members
Exposure to defining HR annual charter for a Cluster/site basis the BU Roadmap in alignment with the overall function's strategy and plan.
Experience of implementing strategic HR & IR initiatives at a cluster/site in line with the overall objectives.
Robust experience of handling IR issues maintaining cordial relationships with labour unions, ensuring legal compliance and productivity optimization.
Good understanding of local conditions.
Experience of executing end-to-end HR/IR processes at the ground level including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning 8 development, talent management, employee engagement.
