Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: 3,00,000 per annum Attractive Monthly Commission & Incentives Provident Fund (PF) Benefits Career Growth Opportunities within a Global Brand Professional & Supportive Work Environment Role Responsibilities Interact with club members regarding outstanding membership dues and account-related matters Handle payment follow-ups and billing-related queries professionally Build and maintain positive relationships with members through excellent customer service Work towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets Maintain accurate records of member interactions and payment updates Resolve member concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth account management processes What Were Looking For Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated individuals with a target-oriented mindset Prior experience in collections, customer service, tele-calling, recovery, sales, or account management preferred Ability to handle conversations professionally and confidently Additional language skills will be an added advantage Candidates based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining preferred Whether you come from customer service, hospitality, sales, tele-calling, or collections if you are driven, professional, and eager to grow, we would love to hear from you.
