About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.

1. Understand user concerns, health context, and provide personalized guidance.

1. Act as a product and domain expert, explaining device usage and interpreting results.

1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device setup, app usage, and functionality.

1. Conduct product testing (device & mobile app) to proactively identify bugs/issues.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Biotech, Product, Engineering, AI) to improve user experience.

1. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare structured reports and feedback.

1. Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Other requirements

Candidates with a science or related background are preferred (B.Sc - Life Science or Related field, M.Sc, B.Tech Bio-Tech, etc.)
