About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand user concerns, health context, and provide personalized guidance.
- Act as a product and domain expert, explaining device usage and interpreting results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device setup, app usage, and functionality.
- Conduct product testing (device & mobile app) to proactively identify bugs/issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Biotech, Product, Engineering, AI) to improve user experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare structured reports and feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Other requirements
Candidates with a science or related background are preferred (B.Sc - Life Science or Related field, M.Sc, B.Tech Bio-Tech, etc.)
