Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's portfolio, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies, comprehensive genomic panels, and liquid biopsy solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by explaining complex scientific concepts in simple and practical terms.
- Identify key opinion leaders in the oncology ecosystem and build long-term professional relationships.
- Promote the adoption of genomic testing solutions among oncologists, hospitals, and cancer care networks.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for comprehensive genomic profiling tests.
- Engage with cancer centres, hospitals, and oncology networks to drive awareness and business growth.

Other requirements
- MSc/BSc/B.Pharm/B.Tech (Biotechnology)/MBA (Marketing or Pharma) or any science-related background.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, resilient, and eager to work in field sales.
- Fluency in English and the local regional language is required.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and conducting in-person meetings with oncologists as part of the role.
