What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Learning and Classroom Learning projects.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, instructional designers, developers, and internal teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Manage training logistics, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project updates, MOMs, and status reports.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.What Were Looking For
• 35 years of experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, Client Success, L&D, or Training Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Customer-centric with high empathy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Digital Learning, LMS platforms, or Corporate Training will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.What Will Make You Successful
