As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between our product and the people who use it.Think of yourself as the Account Manager meets Relationship Architect.This isnt your typical back-office role. Were looking for someone whos ready to own relationships, lead conversations, and grow with a fast-paced health-fintech company. Who You Are
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, key account management, corporate sales, digital marketing, SaaS, corporate insurance, or hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Youre empathetic, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
- Youre a natural at building relationships, love solving problems, and can thrive in ambiguity.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail (G-Suite).
- Open to travel for client meetings and events.

What Youll Do
- Be the go-to person for our corporate clients from onboarding to day-to-day queries.
- Build long-lasting relationships and delight clients with proactive support.
- Train and guide client HR teams and employees on using QubeHealths platform.
- Track usage, gather feedback, and work closely with product, ops, and sales to deliver value.
- Identify upsell opportunities and help expand our footprint within existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure high satisfaction levels at every touchpoint.
