Eminence, a strategy consulting company specialising in reputation, is seeking a Client Solution Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a strong flair for client communication, project coordination, and digital storytelling. This role requires the person to write engaging content, manage media relations (PR), and handle end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Support in drafting and pitching stories, press releases, and media notes to secure earned media coverage for clients.
• Designing: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to enhance content presentation.
• Media Relations: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant journalists, publications, and media outlets.
• Social Media Management: Create campaigns (develop plans, make captions and design creatives), monitor, and engage regularly. Follow algorithm updates, analyse data and build a content strategy for strong social media visibility.
• Marketing Campaigns: Understand the clients' business and execute successful BTL campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience of minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing, content writing, and PR.
• Bachelors degree in journalism, English, Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or any related field.
• Proven experience in social media management (LinkedIn and Instagram) with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and diverse writing and design skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with any graphic design tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
