Key Responsibilities
- Clearly explain our workflow and processes to clients.
- Manage and track client projects through the internal dashboard.
- Guide existing customers toward upgrading to higher-value plans.
- Conduct video calls with clients when required to discuss requirements or updates.
- Collect, understand, and communicate design requirements to the design team.
- Coordinate with the design team to finalize deliverables and present the completed designs to clients for approval and purchase.
