About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' business briefs & goals along with retainership of clients
- Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution and quality delivery of events
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired output
- Stakeholder Management and Operational Efficiency
- Fluency with Excel- Cost sheets and P&Ls
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a related role within the experiential marketing industry
- Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in order to manage multiple projects
