About the internship
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client management, project coordination, and agency operations. The selected candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while gaining practical experience in client servicing and business communication.Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, ownership, and professional growth during the internship will be considered for a full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the internship period.Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication Support
- Assist the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client communications.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
- Share meeting action points with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, requirements, and feedback.2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Creative, Technology, Production, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
- Support smooth communication between clients and internal teams.3. Client Requirement Management
- Gather, understand, and document client requirements accurately.
- Assist in preparing project briefs, proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
- Ensure client feedback is properly recorded and communicated to relevant teams.4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of client interactions, project updates, and meeting notes.
- Prepare weekly project status reports and summaries.
- Organize and update project documents, folders, and trackers.5. Quality & Service Support
- Assist in reviewing project deliverables before client submission.
- Support the team in maintaining quality standards across projects.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively flag potential delays.6. Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Collect and document client feedback during and after project completion.
- Share feedback internally to support service improvements.
- Help maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely support.7. Industry & Business Learning
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Develop an understanding of agency workflows, project execution processes, and client management best practices.8. Administrative & Team Support
