We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

1. Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development, to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

1. Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal execution teams.

1. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables through regular follow-ups.

1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and support the presentation of campaign performance to clients.

1. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, review calls, and follow-ups.

1. Address client queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

1. Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

1. Maintain accurate documentation, including project records, meeting notes, and client communication history.
