We are seeking a passionate Client Servicing Intern to join our advertising agency that specializes in the real estate industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Delivering campaigns on time

1. Ensuring customer satisfaction

1. Accelerating end results and ensuring quality is exceptional

1. Determine the best utilization of resources

1. Constantly upgrading real estate knowledge

1. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and news, competitor activities

1. Working as one point of contact with the clients

1. Assisting the senior client servicing team in managing and developing client relationships

1. Understanding the projects/briefs

1. Attending client meetings and visiting sites

1. Managing the deliverables and day-to-day functioning of the brands

1. Coming up with social media campaign ideas

1. Preparing client presentations

1. Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to improve future campaigns

1. Managing the billings and ensuring payments are received on time
