Key responsibilities

1. Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients.

1. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

1. Coordinate with creative, production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.

1. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

1. Track project progress and provide timely updates to clients.

1. Address client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

1. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project reports.

1. Maintain client records, contracts, and documentation.

1. Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

1. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

1. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
