Client Relationship Manager, Hedge Fund Services
Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services (HFS) partners with leading alternative asset managers, hedge funds and institutional investors. The Relationship Manager will build trusted partnerships, strengthen service delivery and help clients navigate complex fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor servicing needs.
This highly visible role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering a strong client experience in a fast paced alternative investments environment.
Major Duties
- Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs.
- Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support.
- Resolve issues, improve service delivery and support strong client satisfaction.
- Align service expectations, agreements and requirements across internal teams and clients.
- Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions.
- Build relationships with C suite leaders and senior decision makers.
- Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.
