Are you passionate about building meaningful client relationships and helping schools, counsellors, and students succeed? Globestar ULIO is looking for a client relationship & account manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving customer success, engagement, and retention. As a client relationship & account manager, you will be the primary point of contact for schools, counsellors, and institutional partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from the ULIO platform. You will work closely with clients throughout their journey- from onboarding and training to adoption, engagement, and renewals- while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships with assigned schools, counsellors, and institutional clients.

1. Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training workshops.

1. Drive platform adoption and engagement among students, counsellors, and school stakeholders.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, support requests, and issue resolution.

1. Conduct regular review meetings and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction.

1. Track account health, platform usage, and engagement metrics.

1. Collaborate with product, counselling, marketing, and technical teams to address client requirements.

1. Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term retention.

1. Maintain CRM records, account documentation, and client communication logs.

1. Support school engagement activities, webinars, workshops, and events.

1. Prepare account reports, usage summaries, and stakeholder updates.
