About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Make introduction calls to the existing customers of our next year's trade shows
- Mail the clients the proposals/quotations along with the tradeshow details
- Conduct follow-ups with the clients on the rebooking of the booth in our next year's exhibitions
- Assist the clients with the stall locations and floor plans
- Send customized emails to the clients as per the telephonic discussions
- Negotiate the prices on the standard prices & push the clients to finalize
- Offer the value-added proposal & discount to finalize the deal
- Conduct aggressive follow-ups with the clients for the finalization of the proposal
- Mail the entire finalized proposal to the client along with the proforma invoice
- Provide after-service to the clients by way of their brand promotion

Who can apply
