Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients and follow up with clients via email and telephone to ensure timely responses and resolve issues

1. Respond professionally to client queries, concerns, and requests via email and phone

1. Visit client offices (on a required basis) for meetings, address concerns, and follow up.

1. Represent the company professionally during client visits and maintain the company's image

1. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery) to fulfill client requirements

1. Ensure operational compliance with company policies and client requirements

1. Maintain client databases and ensure all client information is up-to-date
