About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

Build and manage strong client relationships through effective communication

Handle client queries with smart problem-solving skills

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth research & publication services

Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence

Work on journals, research articles, reviews, and publication processes

Adapt with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
