RARE Property Advisory is looking for a Client Enquiry & Sales Coordination Executive to manage incoming leads, client calls, follow-ups, site visit scheduling, and lead tracking. This role is ideal for someone with a good phone voice, strong follow-up discipline, and experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or real estate client handling. Role will include: Handling inbound enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, ads, property portals, and referrals Calling and qualifying leads based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline Scheduling property site visits Following up with clients before and after site visits Coordinating with internal team, builders, landlords, and property partners Maintaining daily lead reports and tracking lead status Supporting sales coordination for RARE and partner projects Were looking for someone who is: Polite, professional, and confident on calls Strong in Tamil and English communication Hindi is optional, but a plus Organized with follow-ups and lead tracking Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools Interested in real estate and client coordination Experience: 14 years preferred. Real estate, telecalling, sales coordination, banking, insurance, education sales, or customer support background preferred.
