We are hiring client coordination & research interns to serve as a critical link between ATG's internal teams and its growing external client base. Selected interns will work alongside leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication, timely project coordination, and well-researched business insights across our verticals in SaaS, AI, HRTech, EdTech, and technology consulting. This internship is ideal for candidates who are organized, client-oriented, and enjoy working at the intersection of research and relationship management. You will gain direct exposure to professional client interactions, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced startup environment. High-performing interns may be entrusted with key client accounts, strategic research assignments, and coordination responsibilities tied to domestic and international business expansion initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Serve as a responsive point of contact for client queries and facilitate timely, professional responses

1. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, discovery calls, and structured follow-up interactions

1. Research client industries and business backgrounds to prepare well-informed pre-meeting briefs

1. Accurately document client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for relevant teams

1. Track project milestones, deliverable timelines, and ensure commitments are met on schedule

1. Prepare polished client-ready reports, status updates, and structured progress summaries

1. Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing orientation materials and welcome documentation

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally

1. Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels, engagement patterns, and relationship health
